Hi, I’m Bill Colbeck, owner of the North Livonia Computer Troubleshooters (CTS) franchise. My franchise is one of more than 450 and growing worldwide in over 23 countries. CTS’s motto is “Local Service – Global Strength”.  Building on the local franchise with a network of fellow franchisees sharing their knowledge and expertise.  “If I don’t have the answer another franchisee will.”  I have worked with computers in various capacities as Project Manager, Programmer and  Systems Analyst for over thirty years at both General Motors and Ford Motor Company. I am currently a resident of Livonia for over 40 years, an active community volunteer, and participant in all of the Livonia Chamber of Commerce events, including the Golf Outing and Business Expo. I also serve on the Livonia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as a Chamber Ambassador.
